Most fertility work still means testing her, treating her, adjusting her diet, while he's handed a multivitamin and told to wait it out. Missing half the picture is where the real root cause often hides, so from the very first session I look at both of you, the same depth of testing, the same care taken over results, whether that's her hormone panel or his semen analysis.
This isn't about assigning blame to either side. A lot of men walk into that first consultation expecting to be told this isn't about them, and leave with concrete, practical changes to work with, sleep, alcohol, gut health, alongside the same testing rigour I bring to her side of the picture. Where sperm parameters can improve, I'll help make that happen. Where they can't, I'll tell you that too, the same honesty for both of you.

After the joint first session, you each get your own individual support, Practice Better messaging, your own protocol, your own pace, because you're two different bodies working toward the same outcome.
What’s Included (for both of you)
One initial consultation of 120 minutes, followed by 45 to 60 minute consultations every 3 to 4 weeks, paced to what you need. Four weeks is the minimum gap between sessions.

*Supplements and laboratory tests are billed separately, never included in the subscription price. I'll always be transparent about what I'm recommending and why.
Investment
£550 per month, with a 10% couples discount already included. One month's written notice to cancel. If cancelling within the first four months, one final month's payment applies as a cancellation fee. No fee after four months. Includes full individual support for both partners.
