Matcha Overnight Oats

This fertility-supporting recipe is packed with nutrients that nourish hormones, eggs, and sperm while keeping blood sugar stable. Oats, chia, and hemp seeds provide fibre, protein, and omega-3 fats to support ovulation and sperm quality, while almonds add zinc, magnesium, and vitamin E for healthy reproductive cells. Dried apricots supply iron for optimal oxygen delivery, and matcha delivers gentle energy plus antioxidants to protect against oxidative stress. Together, these ingredients support gut health, reduce inflammation, and create a strong nutritional foundation for fertility.

INGREDIENTS (makes 3 PORTIONS )

  • 1-3 tsp of matcha powder (to taste)

  • 20g dried apricots

  • 20g almonds

  • 70g rolled oats

  • 2-3 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 300g plant based milk

Optional toppings: blueberries, raspberries, pomegranates, nut butter, drizzle of maple syrup

METHOD

  1. Place apricots and almonds into a blender and chop coarsely, you could also do this by hand!

  2. Add matcha powder, oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, salt and milk, then mix together.

  3. Divide between 3 serving bowls and/or take-away tupperware, cover and place into refrigerator overnight (or a minimum of 6 hours).

  4. Serve chilled with your optional topppings
